Dear Dina,

I had a good talk with my mentor today and I thought I'd list some progress I have made.

I talked to Stayl the evil lock smith first in the milltown garden. Bought a lock pick for 2 plat and four gold.

I talked to Weslau who informed me he hasn't sold lockpicks in many a turn.

Then with some help I talked to Roland the Innkeeper in the fartown inn and bought a lockpick for 1p and 2 g.

Although I have gotten no closer to completing my mentor's quest today I did gain a level in my training, so I think things are looking up.

I have placed myself in this terrible farm to train. If I am ever to reach these "locksmiths" then I will have to travel to far away dangerous places. Therefore I will need to get stronger.

If I am to find these "locksmiths" I need to do quite some traveling. I have found one man so far but I must travel far. Hopefully I can get training done while I am walking.

I received my second task from my mentor today. It comes in two parts. I am assigned to part one for now.

"Find all the vendors in Valorn selling lockpicks. List them by name, where they are, and their prices". Then I must "purchase one pick from each, which you will give to me listing their prices from most to least expensive".

Wish me luck. I think I know of one such person in Milltown. I guess I will head there first.
